Donald Kim, DDS is a family-owned and operated dental practice that is conveniently located in the heart of Monroe, Washington. We do our best every day to create a warm and inviting atmosphere where patients feel free to share their dental concerns with us. Creating a truly judgment-free environment allows our team to get to the root of dental problems and offer exceptional service to our patients. Donald Kim, DDS

Donald graduated from the University of Washington with a B.S. in Zoology. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Loma Linda University in 2006 where he also received an award for exceptional patient care.

Sue, INSURANCE ADMIN

Sue has been in the field for 20 plus years. She started off as a dental assistant and had since moved onto becoming one of our insurance gurus! Sue grew up in the PNW and is proud to call this her home. In her spare time she is often in the wilderness hiking or camping.

ERIKA, RECEPTIONIST

Erika has been working in the dental field for 13 years. She started off as a dental assistant and now our go to insurance gal. Erika is always happy to answer any questions and is typically the first smiling face you see coming into our office.

MARISOL, DENTAL ASSISTANT

Marisol has been with us for eight years. She is very talented and compassionate about her job and providing the very best service she can for her patients. She absolutely loves seeing children and introducing them to dentistry. In her free time Marisol is either at home doing remodels on her home or on a fun adventure with her family.

JEAN, DENTAL ASSISTANT

Jean has been with us for two years. She is the newest member of our team and brings a lot of laughs to our office. She started off as our sterilization tech and takes great pride in providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our patients.

VENERA, DENTAL HYGIENIST

Venera has been a hygienist for approximately 10 years and is very compassionate about educating her patients on maintaining oral home care. Venera is very down to earth and will have you comfortable as can be. She is known for having many laughs coming from her dental chair. She spends her free time away from the office with her nieces and new puppy Rofus.

LAURA, DENTAL HYGIENIST

Laura has been a dental hygienist for over 20 years and enjoys every bit of it. Laura has seen most of her patients for over a decade and has built many friendships. Laura spends as much time as possible with her family and grandchildren and also enjoys traveling.

ASH, TREATMENT / FINANCIAL / MARKETING COORDINATOR

Ash has been in the dental field for about 15 years and started off as a dental assistant. Ash has always been very skilled at explaining treatment to our patients and shown her passion for helping people. She has recently got married and spends her free time camping, traveling, and enjoying her family.

Same-Day Emergency Appointments

We hope no one in your family will ever need to schedule an emergency dental appointment, but should you or a loved one need to see our team for a broken or knocked-out tooth, a dental abscess, or unbearable tooth pain, we would be happy to help. Before you come in, please give our front office a call and describe the situation. This allows our team to assess the issue and begin preparing a treatment room so that we are ready to go upon your arrival.
